Tell her to lose some weight and people wont mistake her for being pregnant.

Shaming needs to make a comeback otherwise people will never feel bad about being fat pieces of shit.

My mother did this to one of their couple friends when I was growing up. I think they avoided each other after that.

To be to safe, always assume they're just fat.
