When we were kids, my sister got really excited about my mom being pregnant and finally happily asked her about it. Needless to say...

Tell her to lose some weight and people wont mistake her for being pregnant.

Shaming needs to make a comeback otherwise people will never feel bad about being fat pieces of shit.

Say you got her mixed up with someone else you know who actually is pregnant.

And don't try to make a joke of it.

My mother did this to one of their couple friends when I was growing up. I think they avoided each other after that.

To be to safe, always assume they're just fat.
