High IQ and based. Yes, I've heard people's favourite words tend to be their own names so this makes sense.

You once told me you own a business. In your business, do you tell your employees "good job"? Or do they not need that validation? Either way I think you should do that. I think it would improve the morale of your employees very much :) Which can lead to increased productivity.

Some do, some don't. For me, the hardest part of business is managing people and their personalities. Sometimes, though, you can't fix someone for them, and you have to decide, "are they affecting overall moral?". You should use the same thought process on your boss and if they are not meeting your needs and not willing to adapt as you are, then you have to make the decision to stay or move on.
