Thanks to leftists and their "fairness" standardization of everything, you can't even work at McDonald's without a degree anymore. Preferrably one from a SJW-infested school. When Donald Trump suggested some job's hiring be based on ability rather than status in academia they freaked out. Because they can't manipulate that.

That is why they attack IQ tests so passionately. It is literally illegal to use any kind of test in which a protected group does worse than whites. It's called "disparate impact".

My employer gives applicants an IQ test. We do not require a degree.
