Need the opinion of 78 reddit rejects on the topic of Astral Projection.

So I'll keep it short as possible. I'm torn on this Astral Projection. Two reasons, One, I can't meditate for shit, like I'm really bad at it. I have books, I watch videos, got the Tripp for Oculus, I don't get very far at all. And yes I have practiced pretty diligently, just not currently.

Two, I truly and honestly don't think my Mother would lie to me as an adult. I just can't see it, we have that relationship, and she told me she can do it, and has done it many times, she said over 20. She doesn't do it currently, because she frankly just doesn't need to at this point. Which also makes me think because if I could do it, I don't know why I would quit if what they say about the experience is real.

So...... who can do it? Anyone? Know anyone who can?

That's usually not hard to get around if you want to go back. IPs usually change by themselves or with a router reset, and then you just have to avoid browser fingerprinting. Using a different front end or web browser on reddit, assuming you don't have a static IP, should work.

Although reddit sucks and I'd prefer you stay here, you have the option.

Oh yeah, I know how to subvert it, I just don't care. It was the straw that broke the camels back, Reddit is bad for your mental health.

Even the conspiracy sub there turned into normie hell.

I haven't even looked at it in a year and a half, I never will again.

They somehow figured out a way to automatically detect my accounts no matter how I cloak myself. I could literally use someone else's machine, on their network, and reddit's system would still know it's me.

Another thing reddit did was assign some of their highest-ranking admins, redtaboo, sodypop, and Chtorrr, to constantly stalk myself (CrystalVulpine/AwwFoxes/vu1ptex), FreeSpeechWarrior (go1dfish), and ThomasJeffersonMod (SpezForgotSwartz) to find an excuse to ban us. They were also stalking r/WatchRedditDie and r/The_Cabal and removing the same things like 10 times to make it look like they had to remove more than they actually did, because they wanted to say those subs weren't following the rules well enough so they could ban them. Their antics have gotten really ridiculous.

I've been chucked on two different occasions (I'm pretty sure that's a record), and the second time the admins somehow figured out a way to automatically detect my alts even on other networks and devices or TOR with no fingerprints. And the best part is I didn't even break any rules either time. The only time I actually did was way back at the beginning, when I was upvoting myself with alts. I got a three day suspension for that. They hated me because I kept exposing r/defaultmods and the powermod cabal, and created r/The_Cabal and later started working with go1dfish and SpezForgotSwartz and WatchRedditDie. They were also pissed that I managed to get a decent number of subscribers in r/EverythingFoxes despite their efforts to suppress subreddits that aren't cabal-operated. Note that their r/foxes subreddit was founded by allthefoxes, the Discord admin, who is also a reddit cabal mod. He might be KaaraRaven and CorvusCalvaria on reddit; they seem suspiciously like PoorLilMarco to me, but clearly had prior connections with the cabal because he was instantly able to get re-modded to default subs and receive special treatment from the admins. He also hinted at being MtF a few times a while before allthefoxes trooned out (who's new Twitter handle is kaara_raven). He tried to take over r/EverythingFoxes, which I got another mod to take care of for me. He did take over r/yiffinhell, and at that moment all anti-furry subreddits were banned for "ban evasion", meaning the original YIH is effectively banned. I would not be surprised if he is also the one who banned the official WatchRedditDie Discord server. He disabled my account when he banned it, and every single person I knew in that server was banned for the exact same reason. Before he deleted his reddit account he met me and most of the other people behind WRD, I'm sure he has something personal against us. He banned me from his reddit mod server a few years ago, surprisingly he didn't disable my account that time. The ironic part is he probably banned N8theGr8 and siouxsie_siouxv2 because they were also in the WRD server. Although neither of them are treated very well by the cabal, they always got shut out of important matters, and Susan even got IP banned.

I think it's basically just dreaming. I don't think there is any real substance behind it. Some can meditate and trigger a kind of lucid dream state and convince themselves that it's "real" even though it's all within their own mind. Doesn't mean that everyone who says they are doing it are lying about it intentionally. But I don't think they are doing anything beyond a kind of lucid dreaming.

Think about it. When you are dreaming even though the dream itself is illogical and stupid it feels real to you while you are in it. That's because your brain has out you into a different state of consciousness. If you can figure out how to trigger that state while awake, well that can trigger hallucinations. They seem real to the person experiencing it at the time, but they aren't real.

This makes sense. It's just the way they talk about it like they can travel wherever they want at will, talk to whoever they want that makes it very interesting. I agree with you on this. The only thing is the way they talk about controlling your astral self, like lifting or rolling out of your body at the right time in that state between awake and asleep that makes it seem like you are "going somewhere". Still I agree with you.

    Hahaha that's funny. Makes sense though.

    It's kind of frustrating for me. I personally believe all this stuff, even ghosts and spirits are real, but I have never had any personal interaction or experiences that would help me along to opening my mind to these things. I also think the mind is insanely powerful, and can "play tricks" as they say.

    I don't remember my dreams, very rarely anyway. I seem to always remember the really bad ones though. I can't remember that last time I woke up remembering a nice peaceful or funny dream.

    You know, I feel this way all the time.

    We have all had shitty lives to one degree or another, some worse than others. I'm not sure about the whole Archons keeping me down thing, but I definitely hear you.

    I'm just gonna be real here, not whining, not woe is me, just real. I've accepted it. If my life was a contest, and there was a score being kept for how many times I've been mistreated in the face of doing everything I can to provide and nurture the people I care about, I'm losing big time. The amount of cold people I've come across is insane. The amount of disengenious takers I've come across is insane. It's changed me, I'm angry, I'm bitter, I'm a misogynist, I've lost my empathy, it hurts. I'm in a fair amount of constant pain about it.

    With that said, I truly believe this place is a construct. I believe we can't leave it physically, and I often say that this is hell for another place, another realm, another level, another plane. There is no other explanation for me. This place is a living hell, the amount of work you have to put in to have a fulfilling life is insane. Everything that is good for you is hard, everything that is bad for you is cheap, easy and fun.

    It's definitely hell, that's why reincarnation and karma are a thing. I've always noticed how each person seems to have a constant luck value associated with them. The same people keep getting extremely lucky or extremely unlucky. I guess it's a degree of punishment, but since everyone is imperfect they have us imprisoned for good because they can always hold something against us. That the way to succeed is by working hard is a complete lie. I used to think so, back when everything came easy to me. I just assumed everyone else was lazy. Then I had to start actually working hard and still fail every time. And I know my life is still a piece of cake compared to most of the world. I really can't see why anyone wants to live except the luckiest few, because life is nothing but misery for everyone else. Anymore I don't truly look forward to anything but when it's finally over. I think this is the real reason Christ had to "die for our sins", because God having to sacrifice himself to himself to atone for what he is the pardoner of doesn't make any sense. He could simply drop all the charges. In early Christianity he was a ransom, not a blood atonement or a sacrifice.

    He's not asking about dreaming. Meditation is an excellent practice for mental health. What happens in dreams is uncontrolled, unrelated and rarely remembered.

    Out of body experiences happen a lot to people experiencing traumatic events as well.

    They will look down on the thing happening to them from above as though it was happening to someone else.

    Honestly, I was skeptical of all this sort of thinking til I got into DMT/5-meo-DMT. After those experiences I definitely assume there's capabilities we are oblivious to, have forgotten or don't understand anymore. I confess to not having had any success without exogenous chemicals, though.

    I have some DMT and I am going to use it. Just not now. I have zero problem handling drugs but I'm not ready for that yet. Way too much negative thinking and thought patterns going on right now to give that a shot, you know, set and setting kind of thing.

    It's hard to get and I don't want to waste what I have on some bad experience. That's the real deal shit and I'm not wasting it.

    I was in a HORRIBLE state of mind when I first indulged. This was 18 years ago, I was much younger, crazier, my best friend had just ended his life.... DMT turned my whole boat around; I was blown away by the experiences. I had no idea it was like that, why isn't our $cience all over researching that?? Changed my whole life. Don't hold back, it'll help you in ways that are indescribable.

      I have done yoga and still do about once a week.

      Man I wish it was that easy. In all fairness I haven't tried many different things or branched out much from what doesn't work. I'm a high stress individual that carries alot of shit inside. My mind is always churning. It's hard for me to relax much. I never get very far, and if I do I fall asleep, trying after I woke up didn't help.

        I use my hot tub several times a week and I work out 6 days a week.

        I'll check out some of this other stuff, I don't know about that cold shower shit though hahaha.

        My stress levels are insane. I know what it stems from though and I get better everyday. I just got through about a year ago living with a BPD monster for 13 years and we have a daughter. Dude, it's a living hell, it's gonna take years to get back to the man I used to be. It's already been a year, and I am still fucked. If we didn't have a daughter it would be so much easier. The almost daily interaction I have to have with this succubus is maddening.

        All good in the end though. I'll be fine.

          Dude, it's the worst. My daughter is 10. I have to dance this fine line of being nice and setting boundaries with this woman so she doesn't paint me black and the shit really hits the fan. It's a real thing. I want to just fucking lose it and rip her ass one last time, but if I do that, the brush comes out, and if you know anything about this particular personality disorder, once you're painted black, you're fucked.               That's another thing they do to those under supermax security, make your life a living hell in ways so subtle that others can't see it and you can't even describe it yourself. Usually they give you a golden material life but plague you with so many mental illnesses and bad circumstances, and every time it looks like there's light at the end of the tunnel it shuts off as soon as you're about to enter it and it turns out to be more tunnel. They've got us chasing our big break like a hamster on a wheel, it'll never come and they hate us. Others will try to explain it all away as coincidence, but you know it's not, and when you try to tell them that they start to get hostile toward you. I even caught on to a constantly repeating loop of events in my life, that always happen in the same order. It always ends with me getting permanently kicked off of a website or the website shuts down, and this time I was able to predict that it would happen because of where I was in the cycle. I was confused, because I didn't think saidit would ban me, but then Discord banned the WatchRedditDie server and everyone in it got their account disabled. So it still managed to happen in a way I wasn't expecting (the cycle includes me moving to a new site, and after ruqqus shut down I was using both saidit and Discord, for some reason I was only thinking about saidit. Unfortunately this probably means saidit is going to shut down this time, unless another one comes along). This cycle has now repeated 5 times and includes some really insignificant events that always happen in the same order. No, they are not all related to the internet. But at this point I can't believe it's all coincidental anymore, and it's really creepy how others suddenly turn against you if you say you suspect it's not. Almost as if they're supposed to believe that.

              This really hit home for me. My material life is nice, I mean I worked my ass of for it, but it's nice. While I don't deal with any true mental illness, this manifests for me in who gets put into my life. I've been in this tunnel for decades.

              I get a lot of material things handed to me. I've never gotten seriously hurt or sick, I've been really lucky with money so far, I have no siblings, I always performed well in school, automatically get nice school and job offers, I'm good-looking (to other people at least) and attract girls, etc. In all the ways most people base success on, which is basically just meaningless social status and material success, I'm the cream of the crop. I can't tell whether I'm genuinely being protected or it's another gimmick, but the outcome is that I go to bed each night hoping I don't wake up the next day, while my life looks like it's going perfectly. When it comes to everything I actually care about, I've lost almost everything; and what little I do have left is still dwindling. It always seems like it can't get any worse, but then it does. And if I voice my problems and shatter this illusion, people get very angry with me, so I can't get any help. Even therapists will scold me for it. I think people are just in denial about my reality and it's easier for them to pretend like everything is great than face the ugly truth. And it helped me realize some...disturbing things about the nature of existence, concepts others have 100% closed their minds to in their blind acceptance of everything that is. They will not entertain the thought of anything bigger. Even most religious people don't really believe in anything bigger, because all their energy is spent on the same worldly matters as atheists, and they worship nature which is unbelievably evil if you're willing to accept it.

              I don’t recommended because I believe most of the spirit world occultists interact with are demons pretending to be something else.

              It's a very good form of meditation. Improve the meditation technique and you'll sense the experience. For example, improve the breathing sequence and timing, to get an even rhythm of long sustained breaths. Calming music and incense helps some people, if your place is not normally quiet. Lay flat on the floor or on a 1/2 inch foam mat on the floor. Aim only for the calmness that results in the feeling of weightlessness. The brain will do the rest (if you want an 'astral projection'). Get plenty of exercise and do this when you are somewhat tired, especially at night or first thing in the morning. Good health and blood flow are essential. This for many is a basic form of meditation, rather than 'astral', but perfecting that tecnique is what's necessary for the out of body experience. Another group using this strategy refer to transcendental meditation, as taught by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, though it was also a bit of a scam. The meditation scheme was very good however, and helped with the feeling of weightlessness.

              Frankly it took me over a year of before I first did it.

              I was on holiday in a strange house which I think helped. You have to change up your environment because you're in a certain set of habits in your home and the places you usually go.

              Valerian and 5htp also help. And lots of red wine.

                I also do not understand your mother's reasoning for not "needing" to perform projections at will.

                Basically she was meditating and projecting for journey, life, learning reasons, you know expanding your plane. She just said she didn't need to do it anymore. She also told me that the last time she saw my brother who died when we were young. He was laying in a bed and she went to hug him and he turned into a skeleton. She stopped after that.

                  Yeah for sure. We just recently spoke about this stuff and it was very interesting to hear her stories.

                  I really have to get this done, but I'm concerned if I try too hard it won't work either. I'm on a mission to find peace, it's hard, it's so fucking hard.                     The reason they really want to keep me from doing this is because they know I'll try to leave for good. Most of the people they allow to do it have accepted the system and want to keep being enslaved here, and don't even think about leaving the astral realm.                         They can keep you in this world in the first place, so they can pretty much do anything to you. At least if they can say you deserve to be punished for something you did wrong, they can return it to you. And it's impossible to be perfect, so they have you for good unless Christ intervenes.

                            I don't know if he's legit or not but I found his stories about his travels kind of fascinating. Never had an OBE but I still dream that I'm doing it every now and then. It's hard focusing on one thought while trying to ignore exterior stimuli. I'm not the meditating type but it would definitely help.

                            Most people that are doing astral travel are working with spirits. That is because, if you go out of your body, something else goes in. The person himself/herself goes into astral spaces, where the spirits live. With drugs this can happen automatically, and cause a lot of damage.
                            The old traditions used this technique to contact the spirits of the past, to ask for guidance.

                            You also have remote viewing stuff, which is simpler.

                            There is also projection of your image/body at a different place. So other people see you in their room/place,.
                            A friend of mine does this sometimes by accident.

                            The reality is more like the matrix, but you only get to see that at weird occasions.
                            Some people are partially disconnected from this world, like my friend, and that makes all kinds of weird stuff happen around him. But he is not able to control much of it. He is now doing a lot of valid predictions of weird news-articles.

                            I am definitely partially disconnected from the world. But I never see anything and I can tell it's because some archons have caught on to me and turned the security around me up to supermax. Before I started having bigger thoughts I did run into something like that every once in a while, and then it suddenly stopped, and I can tell something is supposed to be there but blocked. They just love making me slowly go insane. I know they're watching my every move and actively controlling how my life turns out, they even got lazy at some point and have repeated the exact same formula 5 times now. In any case despite my lack of seeing I figured out "the matrix" long before I ever heard of the concept, because there was still way too much oddity that can't be explained by coincidence (which is what everyone else says, and if I disagree they get hostile toward me as if I've been flagged as a threat). And I have experienced a few minor things, they just get cut off instantly. I see things out of the corner of my eye, I hear faint voices at night and always have, I can sometimes do remote viewing a few times before it gets too hazy to work, and I can gain lucidity in dreams, but can't control anything and I wake up or forget about it shortly after. And every time I find a technique for something, as soon as I get too close to it working I suddenly can't do it at all anymore. There is some very serious stuff going on with me, apparently I have whatever evil powers control this universe feeling threatened by me and they're constantly monitoring me to keep me under control. Even still I can sense that everything is wrong, and it all feels like some long nightmare that I'm bound to wake up from sometime. I just don't know how to break free from all these chains (not literally unfortunately, I would like that).

                            Another thing is random things sending me hidden messages through some kind of media. Some of them do it repeatedly. SMG4 is one of the biggest ones, which is the main reason I still watch that channel even though it sucks now since it was taken over by clickbait anime girls. Especially for the last few months, it's just blatantly talking about the matrix and other parts of my life now. I can't help but feel like something is either trying to make me go insane or tell me "Truman you're on TV!". Either way they have control over a large amount of media and even real-world events and are quite interested in me. So behind all this life routine something absolutely crazy is going on and I'm a major player in it somehow. And I have a scary amount in common with Thomas "Neo" Anderson, even personal details. This is completely out of control.

                            There are different systems of illusion (Maya), which control most of the "Matrix" that we experience.
                            They seem to control our will and coincidences. I noticed that it is a system that locks us into a certain Maya-system, depending on how we feel. And very often it depends with who we are.

                            There is also "help" that guides us out of the systems of illusion. We all are now on our way out. So that is why some of us feel special.

                            But some of these systems are also pretending to be the same help. It is very confusing for many people, but you can feel very well what is right and what is wrong from within. Sometimes it even feels the same, but just temporary. And sometimes we are blinded, because we have to go a certain path in life.

                            Before we talk about "help" in the form of angels and other light-guides, we should stay grounded and look what is helping in our lives. It is nature! We can also enjoy playing with pets and children, because they are often still connected with the light.
                            But being in nature is like a gift from god, we can often feel it. And even the rain can be a blessing.

                            And it helps us out of illusion, out of depressions, out of all kinds of "not-life".

                            From your story it seems that you are sometimes close to psychosis or problems with dominant entities, and that is not good. Learn to empty your mind. You can be like nature, let things drift away like clouds. Let the wind blow away the things that are attached to you. From nature you can feel what is real help and what is not. Real help feels relaxing, caring and peaceful. And things need to grow like in nature, from the ground up. It is not something we can think and suddenly change the world. We also have to do basic things like eating and cleaning. Like animals care for themselves in nature. It may seem cumbersome, but it brings us back to our natural roots.

                            And if things go wrong, it is my belief that we can try it again, in a different life maybe. Not as bad as "Groundhog day", but more with enjoyment and adventure.

                            Hell no, never again. Trying to defend this world is nothing but a cope. But be honest, I know it hurts but the world is 99.999999999% bad and that's not a good thing. Btw most of those "spirit guides" are actually archons deceiving you into accepting the system. The archons are probably the pagan "gods" and they rule the universe with a selfish agenda. These days they've made everyone so blind that they can hide and manipulate us through human rulers. That's why nothing supernatural ever seems to happen anymore, they don't even need it. I've also learned that feelings can be deceiving in this world, they're often used to falsely guide us. It's all a typical Corleone plan: convince your enemy that you're their friend, then kill them when they're not expecting it. Like sheep led to the slaughter. Toxic positivity might make us feel warmer for the present moment but will destroy us in the longterm. Trying to say the world is good is like saying "I'm getting scourged, but that's a good thing because it looks cool or something!" Things will go wrong as long as we're here. And we'll never grow because we'll forget everything every century or so. I don't even know who I am, or what I've done and been through.                             You describe the Buddhist view, but a more negative version of it.
                            Some Christian traditions had similar views.

                            The earth can be experienced as a hell due to the systems of maya. Every system tries to hurt us. And that is why you experience that it is all bad.
                            Sometimes I can feel which system is responsible for which trauma. Like there is a system of war, a system of disease, etc. But more related to emotional traumas than clear physical deeds, like the 7 sins.
                            In your translation, one could think of them as systems led by different demonic entities. But in my view they are more like trauma-giving-systems.

                            With natural roots, I mean the connection with nature. Nature seems to be a creation from god (not directly, but still it is connected). While nature may sometimes give bad experiences, I do not feel it as evil. Even when they look evil, when a wolves kill a lot of deer. Then there is cruelty, but not evil. Unless the wolves are possessed. The people living with nature would see it as a message. Like that we humans are slaughtered by the government.

                            I can follow people after they die, follow their souls. So I know what is going on.
                            Also have seen lots of "gods" , "demons" , "saints" , "angels", that were spirits of some kind.
                            Somehow I can recognize them very easy. Sometimes I just get a sick feeling from them.

                            The hell that people get into, are astral spaces. There are lots of them. Some are like torture chambers, and some are like clouds or churches.
                            So also a lot of heavens are astral spaces that are actually bad places. So we may agree a bit on it.

                            All these astral hells or astral heavens are connected to the maya systems. Sometimes there are huge entities in these astral spaces playing like demons, even in the heavens. But the real demons are often the human spirits that came to these astral spaces, and not the entities.

                            There are few humans that actually go to the real light. I feel Jesus and Mary are connected to it.
                            In the light you can feel god continuously.
                            To distinguish between an angel or spirit, I ask them how they experience god. The answer is complete different.

                            Nature is all breathtaking on the outside, but inside it's terrible.

                            The astral realm is obviously another level of the matrix, you're not out until you can do anything.

                            Jesus is 10000000000% connected, but there's no evidence that Mary or any of his family followed him. They called him insane and were his enemies.

                            None of this was a problem when I was younger. I'm pretty sure the trauma is from this life. Either way there's no reason to come back, even if it's the best life ever it's still got some bad in it.

                            Look, I've had a few successes. It requires a bit of effort and it's hard to keep up. But having experienced it myself it's no doubt doable for you. Not rocket science at all. I know it gets spammed, but Raduga's Phase seminar (on YouTube) was helpful and his technique is extremely effective. I had an AP the same night using his instructions. Basically it's the wake-back-to-bed method with a few things added. Don't worry about meditation too much in regards to this.

                            They took that away from me. Practice doesn't do shit for me anymore. I'm basically banned from having any real cognitive ability, even though I'm technically extremely intelligent. I can't do anything that requires thought. I wasn't even supposed to be smart, everyone in my family is just regular people, and I have poor genetics for anything else. And I'm afflicted with gender dysphoria which makes it impossible for me to function properly. And I'm being monitored and actively prevented from doing anything that might threaten the system too much. I'm super dissociated and have been that way ever since I started having these big thoughts, they are definitely throttling my cognitivity to keep me under control.

                              On the subject of astral projection, I don't know. I've never done it. I can see how it would be possible though, our minds network and we become sort of a super organism. Unfortunately the hive mind is generally awful. But as cells become us, we can be like cells to be this other thing. And so taking a sideways journey down a linked mind seems rather possible.

                              I do drugs therapeutically, and they do help me, I have a lot of will power and it's sporadic and is never a problem. I get empathy, I lose ego, I become more understanding, I see people differently afterwards. I don't see those as inherently bad things. Especially when all those things I can suffer from during the grind.
