A bacterial skin infection caused by corynebacteria can cause sweat to smell like vinegar or other strong scents. These infections generally affect: feet. groin.

Low PH (acidic) and most likely a bacterial imbalance.

Wash your balls, then maybe slather them in room temperature yogurt. I know it sounds weird, but it will actually help. Just make sure you wash them again before you go sticking your salami in anyone else.
