Is this normal? His potted plant is getting burned in sunlight. (Many of us gardeners are experiencing significant challenges to grow any food.)

That soil doesn't look watered.
In this weather outdoor potted plants need watering once or twice a day.
And if you water at mid day your plants will scorch. You have to water in the morning or at night.

Yeah, might have to shift when we start some things. Parsley isn't going to do well in a heat wave. Although I think this and the other plant post might have something to do with the gardners too.

Sun-scorched is usually after rain with sudden hot sun, where the water droplets act like magnifying glasses
