No, I just don't think this causes people to become transexual. Not everyone exposed to 'perverted imagery' ends up with a desire to mutilate their genitals. The mechanism of causation likely has many factors and is much more complex than just 'viewing porn --> transexuality'

Sometimes it can. Probably not as often as people here would have you believe, but it most certainly happens. Especially in this time when the so-called professionals are required to boost and affirm even the slightest suspicion a person has of being trans"gender".

Looking like a sexy girl brings a lot of attention, much of it unwanted. Frumping up to look like a man is one method of coping with porn addicts looking at you like a piece of meat. A lot of reactionary protection mechanisms go too far. This is one of them.
