I think the laws we have are fine, there are just too many of them.
I want to get rid of the laws around conduct that does not violate anyone else's rights
It's pretty clear a functional society needs laws such as 'no murdering', 'no stealing', 'no assaulting people', as these actions infringe upon the rights and freedoms of others.
What we don't need is nanny state laws. For example, if I choose not to wear my seatbelt because I am an idiot, or smoke some weed to relax, I am in no way infringing upon your rights or freedom. No laws other than what is what is completely necessary to ensure the protection of others freedom
