Just wondering, do you think it would be better if God had designed men closer to the way he designed women, at least appearance-wise?

No, not for 99.4% of them. I am the exception. It would make things easier on them socially, but at the cost of having to live with gender dysphoria which is 5000x worse, believe me you don't want it.
