The difference between one dollar bill and one trillion bill (i know it does not exist but the value is there) is in cents (the cost of making a one dollar bill or other with virtual ink)

I ALWAYS KEEP ASKING MYSELF, if I could eat money to survive if I am about to die.... and the answer is always no..... money is just bak paper tree.....welp? How can one "note" say it is $1000 worth? Who prints the money?
