On a more serious note, this sounds like an actual phobia and that is something I can help with... And I really should create a new profile if I'm gonna pimp my phobia-busting service...

Of course you may consider your distrust to be an asset rather than a problem :)

It is something of value. Great value even. But not an "asset" some rich tick looks in his excel at to masturbate on.

That it is a difference !

You seem to have a phobia towards money, success, that kind of thing?

Any idea when this started?

I won't hitlerize myself. I already did once. And it went "bad", so to say.

So i concluded the theory from this that mostly the little things in life are more than the parts they consist of. And in sum, so to say, they are able to give me a lot more joy than some expensive stuff does. Also i save a lot of time for things i actually want to spend it on. So this test of this theory was a grandiose success for my personal simulation.

Money never was nor will be my problem, because i can balance my personal relation with it on both ends.

Simple, isn't it ?

If you say so?

Minimalism. There is a nice gal that even wrote some books about this: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marie_Kondo

And when i can choose between "frustration cleaning" and "this one sparks joy", i rather mostly choose the latter.
