That damn 1 min timer!!!!! Does anyone else have it and is it associated only with new accounts? If so how long is it active and does it mean I got auto modded sadly?

It is the spam/bozo timer. It keeps spammers/bozos off Saidit.

I know that but I want to know if it goes away with age. I already asked that in my thread.
