Not down, but their frontpage got hacked. Looks like some CSS is broken. There was a Anon image posted yesterday.

It is blocked here in Canada, but I am able to access it anyway.

My method:

  1. Connect to a VPN in a Baltic country (YMMV)
  2. Lauch TOR so that the TOR exit node is your VPN in the Baltics
  3. Access RT.com
