My issue is that hummus is supposed to be made with olive oil but you can't buy that kind in store. They all have rapeseed oil or something else nasty with just maybe a spoonful of olive oil in the top. In my mind this stops it from being a healthy food.

I make my own. (Can or package of garbanzos [one can for two people, etc.], spoonful of peanut butter or that other stuff with the fancy name [Tahini, made from Sesame, not Peanuts], olive oil, bit of salt, lemon juice, and I like a bit of monosodium glutamate too but that is up to you, [blend all in, uh, blender] paprika and a little drizzled olive oil on top. Mozoltof.)

I should have said two (2) cans of beans if it's for more than two people, btw. It will last two or three days easily in the fridge but it's usually gone on the first sitting. Very healthy. I forgot to make a joke about Hamas.
