About how much of US trains have AWS installed in the cab compared to Great Britain/Europe?

I'm asking about automatic warning systems. Do US Trains have them? Practically every loco does in Europe.

Who the hell knows? You know what Americans don't do? Play train simulators as recreation. Boy, pressing a button over and over sounds exhilarating. A celebration of life!

God I WISH it were as simple as pressing a button over and over again!!!! Desert Bus Simulator is that if you want to see what pressing a button is like. Whatever you do DON'T CRASH!!!
