I'm unfamiliar with the rules of baseball so I can only speak for cricket. I believe the following would cover it:

wilfully mistreating any part of the cricket ground, equipment or implements used in the match

A warning would be issued. Sticking the bat up your arse a second time would result in five penalty runs being awarded.
