Anyone should be able to vote, but the will of the majority cannot infringe on the rights of the individual. An apt metaphor for democracy is two wolves and a sheep voting on what's for dinner.

Obviously my answer is no, the average moron shouldn't vote. Suffrage should be restricted to men who own their home and have no debt.

That's probably a little too optimistic, given how we ended up here. There's clearly no viable working system devised by humans for self-regulation that doesn't end up falling apart.

I agree with this because politics isn't enough. If the population turns to shit, no political system can save it. That is why my main goal is Arkian Ethnicity.

No. Only white males over age 21 (inclusive) or currently in the military may vote, and excepting military such voting must be done in person.
