I've heard of a few success stories like yours; sometimes more successful. The last time we hired someone on the spot, within two weeks they stole $12,000 worth of equipment we had just installed and filed a worker's comp saying that he fell off a ladder he was not using. He collected over $50,000 from that. LEO told us he was a bad dude and they know he did the job but they couldn't prove it. I looked him up about 5 years ago (this happened about 20 years ago) and he was in prison. His last parole board statement said he was dangerous and his crime, which I couldn't find, was so heinous, they were not letting him out. We don't hire on the spot anymore.

I've been hired on the spot several times.

Yeah. I did.

No talking, no need to.

I hired my gas station guy as a driver.

This was eleven years ago. He is from Serbia. We got a level of trust you couldn't get.

But i (as well as him) knows: There is a Tokarev in the glove box and a shotgun in the trunk.

We never so far needed them. We drive an Audi A6. With an spare wheel and quattro, in fact.

We still don't lay down for anyone: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wAfPLyLzCkQ&list=PLBnJv6rImVe_9FTghCUT4odW-ZDYO4AL0

Even when we are in the complete wilderness of Ukraine, e.g. .

Both of us did military. So go ____ yourselves if you wanna rob us.
