Wanna migrate to an OCaml (because thats the best implementation i found and trusted) or even Haskell backend. Or should we take this big hoop in front of us and right NOW do anything in Rust ?

OCaml? I'm confused. Backend for what? I thought you were doing something in Phoenix/elixir.

Wanna start? Right now ? Imagine a telephone system. INDESTRUCTIBLE. I only was at T-Systems for so long but as far as i can dissect your link, i don't give a rat's ass when their processes aren't communicating. A standard telephone id includes THREE details: Caller ID, Recipient and payload.
They got messed up in alot of stuff i don't really wanna look into.
