Autocrat/Authoritarian like Kārlis Ulmanis, get some of that Dievturi (Pagan religion) too. Imagine being a president who can safely walk among his people and be greeted with cheers and smiles, give bon-bons to kids and overall be very respectfully looked upon.

    Ulmanis was a great guy, dictatorship was when Latvia was at it's peak and I don't know Vargas, he's that Brazilian guy? There be many Vargas's.
