/u/magnora7 /u/d3rr I know this dude has been helpful, but their power mad trajectory is excactly as we called it when he first arrived here. Having him as an admin is a very bad idea.

I recognise in him many of the same issues that lead me to NOT ask to admin sites. Power mad, sense of superiority, obsession with the letter of the law. I've done it before, been a mod/admin and I trashed the group by mistake, driving away regular users and generally making the place hellish. It was only when I went back and looked at the posts after some time away that I saw the monster that I had become.

TAM is exhibiting the same behaviours. Do you really want him to become the most public admin face of saidit? because that's what he is gunning for. And he'll gaslight, deceive and ban whoever gets in his way.

that statement is false. It is entirely possible to powertrip at any time and under any constraints.
