I think it also had to do with f'k phones taken over as on phones you have limited screen space to type and phone users are generally waiting for the bus or their taco to be cooked.etc. Computer users would wait till they got home from work then hop on the keyboard and type a more through response out but phone users generally are one and done people. While both phones and PC's have a computer microprocessor that's about as much similarity as they go despite marketing lies.
