It would be a much bigger reply than I’m prepared to do on my phone this morning, but the very short and simplified version is that early (young) porn use, and excessive porn use is correlated with higher rates of sexual offenses, and higher severity of attacks. It further fuels paraphilic disorders as well. It normalizes abuse that traumatizes victims.

That’s not even talking about the ED many young men are dealing with due to porn addictions, or how much they are needing to abuse their partners now to reach orgasm.

I’ll just note from a therapists perspective, if you want to be a happier person in a healthier relationship, quit porn. It’s doing a number on your brain and you likely don’t even realize it. (Not saying you specifically, this is a generality for everyone.) protect your kids from exposure to porn too.

I think I know what's the problem. It's about overstimulation and insensibilization.
