No downvotes is a dumb idea - you can do different things: maybe max downvote -10 karma Or 0 or 1 or whatever. But the amount of idiots who get equal views with great comments?

How about no, that's not how real life works. I'm tired of everybody and their stupid demands for echo chambers and trying to get rid of things you don't like. One of the better sites for conversation has NO voting WHATSOEVER and they have done just fine for over a decade, while sites with voting such as Reddit have massive amounts of stupid in-fighting that push large numbers of people off-site.

By the way a king clown sits in the governor's chair in my state and we cannot seem to get rid of him and have to constantly look at his stupid face almost every day, so cry more. If you want to erase things you don't like, why don't you start by doing so IRL.
