I forgot to add cooking lol. Do you have a specific cuisine that's your favourite to make? I love making spicy Asian food, the spicier the better!

Anything really. Did a big Asian curry run this fortnight. Cold weather in my parts. I tend to do runs of a style to keep improving incrementally
