Aside from Reddit, what other platforms would be good to advertise Saidit on?

Could be worth a try. We may want to build a thriving technology community before reaching out to them though.

Could work - you mean basically namedrop Saidit on Slashdot, say that it allows more freedom and has less unethical practices than reddit, and hope they come over and build a technology community here?

i think many are aware of saidit already. all they need are small reminders
