I didn't know (or forgot) about the website but I watched all of his top notch YouTube videos back when. Sadly for the last few years he's withdrawn. Within the YouTube series he dropped personal anecdotes here and there and has apparently built a life off-grid. It was not easy and I can only assume that's his priority for better or worse.

The thing is that SCG said something, in one of his pieces, about updating the website 'before the fireworks begin' or something. It's late, and I have to go to bed now, but I'll find it on the Wayback Machine soon. I find it hard to believe he would take his sites down given that, and also due to the fact that it's probably going to be harder to give him donations now.

It's a shame, because he was probably the most solutions-oriented producer around, and is my favourite producer for that. It's a shame to see him likely lose the possibility of donations for his great work (especially in his permaculture project). He also got me down the rabbit hole in the first place.

Here it is!: 'We are in the process of restructuring and redesigning our websites behind the scenes, and working on content for the next phase. Changes will be rolling out gradually over the weeks and months ahead. This push corresponds with events building on the horizon. My goal is to have most of this work finished before the real fireworks start.'
