Another fake conversation, following the example in the OP, might be someone "normal" pointing out, how, if Israel just stop responding to terrorists then there soon won't be an Israel anymore. (For some people, perhaps you, perhaps the dipshit tweeting woman) that's a positive outcome and so they are hoping Israel stops responding.
