Don't see why this is such a huge deal. Pakistan is allied with China and especially will do anything in their power to destabilize India. In the article the Pakistani ISI is already funding the NE Mongoloids, which means Pakistan is carrying out China's dirty work, without China taking any of the blame for it (since they have on paper refused to help them). China funds and supports Pakistan, so it is indirectly helping the NE Mongoloids. Imo, this is a very cunning move by China.

China is on crossfires by almost the whole world, it does not want to be seen as the aggressor in any circumstances. A move like this, helps destabilize India, while also achieving their other goal.

lets hope so. I never knew that the Pak intelligence was supporting the NE peeps, I assumed they were purely focused on Kashmir and the Muslim Hinduks in the western part of the country.

You have no idea how much Pakistan and India hate each other. Pakistan is willing to do almost anything to destabilize India
