Maybe "Fan fair hair trumpeted to make America great again" ?

I don't get the golden trumpet in the hair thing. TRUMPet works better as words.

A video of a "crowd roaring like a lion" seems stupid, but as a literal device it works.

It has potential but, I think, is lost in translation.
