Took months to do it, but they finally got it out of committee by one vote, and it passed in both chambers by a land-slide. I'm fairly certain the Governor will sign it.

They call the bill "controversial", but really it was just crazy Democrats blocking it. They only have around one-fourth of the seats in the House, yet they have nine out of nine-teen of the seats on the House Judiciary Committee. Who allowed this to happen?
