This one is called Glitch Arena, which seems to be pretty much Unreal Tournament mixed with some influence of Quake. Clearly, looking at the game's graphics simply makes it clear the focus is not on graphics, but rather gameplay being the main focus. The game's sound effect are bought assets, but being pretty much "retro" sounding Atari 2600 sound effect, which I do believe the author can do better without having to buy such assets IMHO. The game movement appear to be using Unreal Tournament's dodge mechanics, while mouse movements has a factor in how fast your initial jump speed will be, along with some air control. And yes, you will be able to accelerate in air.
Other things such as item timers and game modes (including DeathMatch, Team DeathMatch, Duels, Capture the Ball) are currently included. Sadly, this seems to be a Windows only game at the moment, let's hope for some portability in the future.
