Not unless they're killing people on Myrotvorets.center.

It is used to identify people to be arrested, and the information is often used in prosecution.

Having said that there are war crimes going on in the Ukraine war.

It has been used by the courts as a source of evidence, and it has been used by border control and police to arrest people.

Russian propaganda has called it a "kill list". This is not the case.

Ukraine government officials have admitted to terrorism and a strong desire to continue committing atrocities against Russian civilians. It's bizarre to see people in the US supporting their torture murders.
