They have so many different channels of propaganda, it's sickening. In how many countries has the Russian military been involved in the past thirty years and how far from Russia were those countries? In how many countries has the US military been involved in the past thirty years and how far from the US were those countries? Draw your own conclusions.

that's a fair point.
they claim to be ranking based on some different measures, including things regarding internal conflict, external conflict, internal crime, military capability, and financial contribution to UN peacekeeping.
the US definitely isn't at the top on this ranking as of 2022, it's all the way at 129 of 163 below ... a lot of countries, including China, South Africa, and a lot of South American, African, and Middle Eastern countries. they give the US a score of ~2.4, but they do evaluate Russia as significantly less peaceful at ~3.3. They give Ukraine a score of ~2.9. Palestine is listed as slightly more peaceful that Israel. Iceland and New Zealand are consistently listed near the top. Tibet is not listed.
does it seem influenced by an undisclosed agenda?

There must be a trillion different ways they could calculate a fantasy bullshit metric like this.
It's pure garbage. Doesn't mean a damn thing. Even if their data sources could be trusted, the whole thing's incredibly flawed and prone to bias.
Ridiculous to think you could sift through all the propaganda and fake statistics everyone's pushing out and come to any sort of sane conclusion. It's preposterous.
I'm sure they could make the ranking reflect any sort of reality they'd like to project with some careful selection of methods and data sources and any number of other theories or modifications.
Everyone's delusional and those waging war are fanatically so. And for what? It's nothing altruistic, it's just because they can make so much more damn profit.
Look at the war profiteers, that's where the real answers and action for change has always been.
