Is this list public? Is it online? How did she learn of this? The article did link a youtube video, but those get removed and include "like and subscribe" nonsense rather than just the meat.

I think "Kill list" is very exaggerated.

"Жертва психологического насилия и российско-террористической пропаганды." Translates to: "Victim of psychological violence and Russian-terrorist propaganda" if Google can translate.

Which doesn't imply "shoot on sight".

"Ukrainian gov't" is also apparently wrong. The wiki article about the site says that it is independent of the government: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Myrotvorets. (Although it is also used at checkpoints and courts in Ukraine).
