Multiple videos of people in the Ukraine stopping tanks by standing in the street. They wouldn't be able to do this in most conflicts.

This may back up the claim by Ukraine that Russia is targeting civilians randomly to cause more panic and blaming it on accidental strikes or collateral damage.

I've read elsewhere they just mistook the monument for something else
