This is how utterly useless the Coast Guard is.

San Diego. Literally less than 1/4 mile a Coast Guard cutter was sitting there to the entrance of San Diego bay when a boat loaded with some 30 illegals just drove right up and got caught in the surf. Had they gone forward, they would have easily driven in to where a large percentage of the US Navy is stored. Seriously. They're doing nothing to stop illegals.
