Sounds like Isreal's "Samson option".

Hiroshima and Nagasaki: no evidence of cancer increase. Thousands of burn victims. Cause it was firebombed.

The also banned the use of Geiger counters in those cities.

I'm sure you haven't, but they're also fake AF. Don't take my word for it.
