Dr. Michael Moore concludes that antidepressants cause school shootings. Case closed.
This is horse shit.

The are a few other interesting mass shooting details that the media and"researchers" conveniently overlook.
It's worth considering the fact that mass shooters are overwhelming white men. Michael Moore is a high-risk individual.
Also, why aren't mass shooters labeled "terrorists"?
Doesn't take a genius to figure out that there is a narrative being constructed here.

Considering he made "Bowling for Columbine", he might be worth listening to. Almost every single school shooter has either been on these drugs or is coming off of them. To dismiss the connection is absurd.

And they've also been white males. So there's that.

Cutting edge science from the University of PsuedoPscientology.

RESULTS: Five articles were selected from an initial pool of 4,123 articles.

The fact that this statement is found in the results section of the paper hints at the quality of it's content. Cherry picking 5 articles to support the hypothesis. What about the 4,118 other articles? This Bush-science. "Global collapse ensues"

CONCLUSIONS: Antidepressant drug usage is associated with AD/dementia and this is particularly evident if usage begins before age 65. This association may arise due to confounding by depression or depression severity.

So depressed people have a higher rate of mental stress and mental health problems? Did they have to go through +4000 articles to tease out this revelation.

With this confirmation that an association exists, clarification of underlying etiologic pathways requires urgent attention..

Great work team hypotheses confirmed. Association = Causation...?

I'd like to outline your argument, and have you agree or disagree with the outline, so I can understand your position.

  • Depressed people took medicine
  • The medicine made them more depressed
  • The additional antidepressant induced depression caused them to commit suicide

Is this your assertion?

Depressed people took medicine

Or it was pushed on them by Doctors more interested in kickbacks than curing people. Humans have existed just fine for what-100 thousand+ years without these substances. Why are there so many taking them now?

The medicine made them more depressed

I'm not a doctor. I have no idea what these pills are doing to the people detailed in SSRIStories.net I'd like to see some unbiased professional studies.

The additional antidepressant induced depression caused them to commit suicide

The evidence that we need to examine concerns a statistically significant incidence: of suicide with diagnosed depressed individuals with no usage of antidepressants vs. incidence of suicide with diagnosed depressed individuals with out usage of antidepressants.
