Proposed rule: Each user can create maximum one subreddit per every 2 days.

edit: we are going to do once a week, with 10 max, with 2 weeks delay to start.

So people can only create 10 subreddits per account? Why?

Because on reddit there were people that were mods of like 800 subreddits at once. No one can effectively moderate that many, and it's just a power grab

That's a good reason.

Is there a way to mark subs as exempt from this policy? For example, one-off / test subsaidits like /s/wizzwizz4_css_test_1. I'm not close to the limit, but I'm curious.

I wouldn't worry about it. If you actually hit it we can probably make exceptions.
