I really appreciated this, thank you! I spent so many years of my life sucked into video games, and until recently I had spent the last 8 or so years hiding behind smoking marijuana.

While I do feel that it was helpful to me in the beginning to a certain extent, I began to realize over time my dependence on it. I have now stopped both of those forms of escapism, and am learning to handle my emotions and to be able to face the world as myself.
