"Societal decay" is the title of this post. That implies that social evolution is rotting. Most folks find most definitions of "rotten", aside from composting, associated with "intolerable".
I agree the person on the right has a unique look that I certainly wouldn't consider classy. Further, many people are freaks in many ways, not by choice. Making fun of people, IMO, is not classy either.

Making fun of people is a vital part of social management. Freaks who deserve ridicule should get it. Freaks who don't, shouldn't.
