self defense advice in the case you get snatched by psychiatrists?

Otherwise your best bet is probably a surprise attack against eyes (be calm and pretend to be non-violent).

Violence against testicles is unlikely to cause long term damage, males that engage in ballbusting fetishism typically do not become infertile.

it wont be easy to get a gun in my country (especially for self defense). but i don't think shooting them would improve my situation, i would much rather drive them away (at least to give me enough time to escape if nothing else). i'm still more for breaking the nose, it's easy to do with a palm strike or your elbow. also liver strike works better than ball busting (but you could still knee the opponent in the balls if they're larger than you).

It's probably better just to flee before it comes to that. Just make sure to leave your phone since they can track that even if you remove your sim

fleeing isn't easy either if they're already pursuing you, it is much better to be stealthy and cunning. but fleeing does pose another question: what then? i can't be homeless for a long time and the psychiatrists will make it difficult for me to move. i'd say my real plan for an even where i would get enough money to move out would be to use a burner phone and hope that the real estate contractor (or whatever) would be able to keep it confidential. although if i were to have enough money for a house i would also have enough money for a camper which might be a better choice if i don't want to be found easily.

at this current state psychiatrists are taking it easy on me, they are trying to get me to trust them. i still can feel the threat is there and i need to get out of this.

Do not see them if you dont have to, consider moving to a different location now when it's easy for you to move.

If you are not on a CTO things will be easier for you, you do not actually need to hide, just move and avoid all contact with psychiatrists
