1. Take any advice given with a heavy grain of salt. No one here can possibly know enough about you or the whole situation, everyone has biases, and the Internet can't replace a trusted friend or professional.
2. Sites unfortunately tend to scour forums like this for clickbait articles, and this place is public so anyone, including people you mention, may be able to see posts. Be mindful of this and don't give information that can easily identify anyone. Consider using a separate account than the one you normally use.
3. Don't jump to conclusions, and consider the nuance of a situation! Comments like, "Dump him immediately!" "She's crazy and you should stop talking to her immediately!" are not helpful.
