David Rockefeller, the financier of the World Trade Center, was featured on the cover of Newsweek, with his watch hands pointing exactly to 9 and 11.

The clock isn't on 9/11 but everything else is true. Though this is one of thousands of predictive programming before 9/11, many more overt than this one.
