My impression is that boomers are perceived as inadequately rich by younger generation, but this generation also spends (most of) its productive life with travelling, playing computer games and entertainment rather than with collecting values, building families and investing into future. For instance, before thirty years most of tourism and travelling industry was oriented to elderly people in their retirement age - now it's mostly young "influencers" who are enjoying beaches and summer resorts carelessly.

Now these youngsters realize, that they can not afford own houses, cars and families so that they focus their anger to "economical crisis" and "greedy elderly" who hold their estates in a "inadequate and selfish" manner. Yes, and most of these progressive youngsters still support mass immigration and similar social experiments which steal them from their jobs opportunities, commodity resources and living space.
