Wow, when the discussion is actually about literal biological boys. This guy has his head so far up his ass it's unbelievable. No surprise when you look at his Wikipedia. He's made this a focus of his career. It's a shame especially coming from a gay man. These boys (and he believes it's a slur to call them boys) would most likely have grown up to be gay men just like him.

[–]Nonbinaryandroid [score hidden]  (0 children)

The only winning move is not to play. I understand it is hard for some people to actually take that stand but it is the only way. These people are not engaging in good faith and you'll just be subjected to increasing amounts of BS.

If you are a woman in sports and you have to play against a man, refuse to play, go to the admin and give the ultimatum, man is out, or I am out. If they don't kick him out, you quit, refuse to compete, refuse to play. Go do something else.

It doesn't even need to be the majority of women, if only 20% did this consistently every time it would end the issue quickly. But even if you are the only one you should still do it. Why? Because the issue will only get worse if it isn't dealt with. Do you quit now when it is one man or do you quit later when it's 30% men? Or do you get forced out when you can't make the women's team at all when enough men realize the loophole and women's sports are totally dominated by trans women?

It may be hard but the only choice is to walk away.

[–]Nonbinaryandroid [score hidden]  (0 children)

Political realities limit Trump's ability to pass legislation like this quickly but I think you'll see a lot of executive power shift away from it. The problem with most of the gender ideology is that it is almost impossible to define legally since it is all nonsense based on self-identification anyway. So how can you write laws about it? The problem here is what I have always called the rubber band theory. I said it back in the gay marriage debates, I am in favor of legalized gay marriage but if you try to impose it on places that don't want it and try to force things like serving wedding cakes it will create a blowback which has the potential to destroy all gains made. The same with the trans issue, they pushed too far too fast and what little good that came from it with increased understanding of mental health issues has the potential to be erased in the blowback.

It just reinforces the echo chamber and makes these people more irrelevant.

"Trump pull surprise landslide win!" But the only people really surprised are the people in the news bubbles.

"How can this happen?" "Well lot's of people think that boys shouldn't play girl".

"HOW DARE YOU USE THAT SLUR!!!!!"

Basically illustrates it perfectly. These people are fragile cunts who can't handle hearing the horrid "slur" boy. So basically, totally removed from reality. If it wasn't that they were on TV nobody would watch them. And increasingly nobody is watching them.

No naturally they just continue to lash out against anyone trying to engage in good faith, and just reinforce their bubble dooming them to increasingly irrelevency. They can't for two seconds step back and self-analyze. They are just the same as the hardline religious nuts that also can't see why their policies aren't popular despite being "ordained by god". "I want to ban gay marriage!" But that isn't a popular position with the voters. "Yes but the Bible says."

Here is the thing, even sincere christians who believe in the Bible know that the average voter doesn't give a crap what the bible says about it.

This guy is going on quoting the "American Medical Association" as if they are gospel, news flash, average person doesn't give a crap. If the American Medical Association says "boys can be girls" then the average person will just ignore everything they ever say again.

Also take a moment to laugh at the absurdity of some idiot white liberal talking over and interrupting this black man trying to share his opinion. I don't like playing the race card but I sure wish I was there. "Excuse me sir this black person is trying to share his opinion with you and you a white person are not letting him speak. Are you a racist? No? Then shut up and let him speak."

It bums me out that "Build The Wall" is a majority view. Because it doesn't make any fucking sense.

There's been fencing between most navigable parts of the U.S. and Mexico for the better part of a century.

Trump was like "Fencing isn't enough. We need to build a WALL. A big, beautiful, concrete wall."

ICE was lowkey like "Dude, we can't see through a wall. We can't shoot through a wall. A wall makes everything worse for us."

So Trump designed: a fence. Posts separated by open space. Literally a fence. And he got some funding to shore up a few miles of old fencing and he was like "Look! I built a wall!"

And I, and every person with actual sanity, said: sir, that is a little bit of fencing, that you put down where there was already fencing.

"Build The Wall" is a slogan embraced by Americans who don't actually know anything about anything. It's a bumper sticker designed to attract the dipshit vote.

Except I'm suspicious about what the words "women" and "men" in that list are being used to mean.

For example, I don't believe that 0.4% of adult females of the Silent Generation (people born 1928-1945) were/are trans compared to 0% of the adult males. TIPs that generation seem to be overwhelmingly adult males.

Also, if 0.4% of adult females and 0% of adult males of the Silent Generation are/were trans, then it seems odd that 0% of the adult females and 0.2% of the adult males of the next generation are trans.

Is it really true that a higher percentage of Millennial Gen females than males are trans?

One of the last tables breaks down identification by generation and sex.

Here's how things look for "transgender":

Silent Generation: 0.4% women, 0% men

Baby Boomers: 0% women, 0.2% men

Gen X: 0.1% women, 0.3% men

Millennial: 0.4% women, 0.3% men

Gen Z: 2.1% women, 0.9% men

Nobody seems to be questioning how women in Gen Z are twice as likely to be trans whereas in every other generation they're about the same.

I don't agree with you that

Every major victory of US feminists has been won in the courts, none by legislation

I can think of quite a bit of legislation in the US at the federal, state and local level that I'd count as major victories of/for US radical feminists.

At the federal level alone, my list includes: the 19th Amendment to the US Constitution; the Equal Pay Act of 1963; Title VII of the US Civil Rights Act of 1964; Title IX of the federal Education Amendments of 1972; the Women's Educational Equity Act of 1974; the Equal Credit Opportunity Act of 1974; the Pregnancy Discrimination Act of 1978; the Violence Against Women Act of 1994; the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act of 2023/24.

Lots of legislation passed by the states and local governments have been victories for feminists in my view: the legislation known as rape shield laws; legislation criminalizing violent sex offenses, sex by coercion, and "non contact" sex offenses such "peeping tom" laws; legislation pertaining to marriage and family life establishing the grounds and processes for legal separation and divorce, custody of children, division of marital property and allocation of spousal support/alimony; state laws that made it illegal for married men to rape and beat their wives; laws pertaining to sex offenders and child molestors post-conviction and when they've served their sentences; laws providing protections and methods of recourse for victims of domestic/intimate partner and family violence as well as stalking and menacing; state laws pertaining to breastfeeding outside the home, and which require employers in some states to provided lactation rooms and breaks for breastfeeding working moms to express and store pumped milk...

Precisely. We're not the ones forgetting about the reasons why they've been behaving as whiny little bitches, lashing out at us while covering for those who are the actual cause of the problems.

We are open to catching them up on the bullshit they missed and to welcoming them into the fold against the real enemy.

But it's up to them whether they can be bothered enough to think for a bit and start asking questions about what the real enemy is.

It's not up to us to save them from themselves.

That was the hope back in 2016, but 8 years later they've shown that they're not interested. So guess what? I'm not interested anymore either.

They told the left to fuck off, the left listened. Now they're lashing out at the left for having left without even wondering if they could have any kind of responsibility in this.

They're behaving like fucking zionists. Always acting like eternally innocent victims. Burn your house down, get a slap in the face in response then yell about pogroms against you.

Fuck them. I'm not in it to get half a country out of a fucking cult. I'll be there to help those who start seeing what they've been sucked in for so long, but I'm not interested in saving the "hey I was just following orders" collaborators. And this is literally where we're at now. 80 years later, same shit, even wider region.

I'll have sympathy for those who demonstrate some kind of cognition of what's been happening and want to climb out of it.

For those who are fine with yelling at the top of their lungs because their egos got bruised while sipping champagne at brunch, I'll just quote their favorite Biden, but directed at people who actually deserve it: I have no empathy for them.

No one is considering the 4B movement. Radical feminism is just a lesbian dream of grooming vulnerable and incel-like straight women into joining them on their magical and mystical pussy island where they can have sex with each other. It's just creepy.

And here we go again with the false narratives as if women's rights are an issue and are under attack, when the majority of women voted for Trump.

It's just competing narratives of victimhood: It was white supremacy of evil white women who are our oppressors....no, it was evil men who oppressed women into....voting for trump.

Even Ovarit had to start regulating and making certain topics off limits since half of Ovarit is pro life. What everyone is tired of is intersectional feminism empowering certain groups of people to feel entitled to abuse others. You cant "misogyny" your way out of accountability by claiming everything is due to someone not liking you because youre a female when most women dont like you either.

The scenario you’re describing would indeed involve serious legal and ethical questions. In situations where someone has a duty to warn others about a dangerous threat, like a lion attack, deliberately failing to do so could be viewed as gross negligence or even reckless endangerment, depending on the specific circumstances and local laws.

In many jurisdictions, there are laws around duty of care—when someone has a responsibility to protect or warn others due to their role or position. If someone knowingly puts others in harm's way, especially if it's a job requirement to prevent that harm, they could potentially face criminal charges. This might range from reckless endangerment to, in some cases, more serious charges if there was intent to cause harm.

In a legal context, knowingly allowing harm to occur, particularly if there is evidence of intent (like skipping a warning to one person), could even bring about charges like involuntary manslaughter, or even assault if the intent to cause harm is clear enough. It would likely depend on the prosecutor's case and what they could prove regarding intent and malice.

[–]ZephirAWT[S] 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

What letting RFK Jr. ‘go wild’ might mean for Trump’s FDA Kennedy is a longtime vaccine skeptic and a proponent of the ‘Make America Healthy Again’ movement

Regarding fast mutating viruses the vaccination technology already did hit its natural limits (after all, in similar way like antibiotics against bacterial infections). It's visible on vaccines against flu, the effectiveness of which falls bellow 30%, despite that they must be renewed each year. The wide-spectral antivirals like Ivermectin and Hydroxychloroquine aren't prophylaxis, so that they lack greedy business model of vaccines (which must paid no matter whether they're efficient or not and which must be taken no matter whether they're actually needed or not) - but they still work well, when they're taken in early stages of infection. Which would require over-the-counter distribution, thus breaking the Big Pharma prescription drug monopoly. See also:

One of my best Friends (22 now, so, educated more-or-less entirely in woo-woo DEI-land) explained it to me thusly: "It almost doesn't matter what kind of work I go into; no matter what, the best I can rlly aspire to is to become seen as "the best Black Female (fill in job title here) out there". I'll never even get a SHOT at being "the best (job title) out there, periodt". Instead of a glass ceiling, it's a Black ceiling now, and damned if it isn't lower than the ceiling for everybody else".

She then went on to point out another cruel little twist, which is that She may well end up becoming "the best (job/hobby/whatever) ever, flat out" among Her friends, family and social circle—i.e., among literally everybody in Her life who ISN'T involved with that pursuit. ...🫤 whereas within Her field of endeavor itself, realistically She'll never be able to shake off the identity adjectives, so those higher tiers of achievement (or at least being recognized for reaching them) are preemptively closed off to Her.

She's absolutely right, of course. DEI encourages historically oppressed minority groups to be complacent, mediocre, and satisfied with "easy mode"—all of which will just perpetuate the effects of that historic oppression. Tyranny of low expectations etc etc. The cycle never breaks until everybody is ultimately measured by the same yardstick (regardless of whether they're given a boost to begin with).

I see. I've had thoughts like these too, and they stir something deep within me. It's as if a part of me wants to rebel against the labels that others seem to view as immutable boundaries. The truth is, if I’m going to be judged by these traits that I can't change, I could treat them as something imposed upon me—or I could seize them as a foundation for my own, proactive identity. I’m realizing that the key may not lie in merely assimilating or accepting what’s handed down but in transcending the entire framework. Neither left nor right.

When I look at my early experiences with racism, I see moments that taught me to doubt the system. That colorblindness was false and I will judged and boxed in. I learned to think that true recognition would always slip beyond reach, filtered through the lens of identity politics. This initially felt like the only realistic response: to work within the system as it is. But maybe that’s where I was wrong, and where so many of us have been wrong—thinking that simply playing the game would get us closer to fairness or success.

Well as I said people will use religion as a crutch to cope with problems and the gender thing is about the same, man can't handle life so pretend to be a woman. The holocaust is mathematically impossible yet jews use it to benefit them much as blacks use slavery. In short use people use guilt to get what you want

Texas woman sets record for donating more than 2,000 liters of breastmilk by ZephirAWT in ScienceUncensored

[–]ZephirAWT[S] 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

Big-hearted Texas woman sets record for donating more than 2,000 liters of breastmilk It was her second time clinching the achievement. She also captured the Guinness mark in 2014 by donating 1,569.79 litres. Alyse began donating breastmilk when her first child became sick in 2011: "I pumped every 3 hours, even overnight, for 15-30 minutes. After pumping, I froze my milk until my freezer was full. Next took it to the milk bank where the they would measure the frozen milk on a scale, specially calibrated."

Holy cow... Even if a hospital prescribes donor human milk, it is an expense that many cannot afford. The average cost is $3-$5 per ounce, and babies can consume between 32 and 48 ounces of milk per day. Studies of breastfed babies have found that they do better on intelligence tests when they grow older. A breastfed baby's eyes also work better. This is mostly because of certain types of fat in breastmilk. See also:

What you say about the divisiveness being harmful and being media-driven is right but you can only have reconciliation if both sides are willing to own up to the role they played. I'm perfectly willing to concede that we have been openly critical of and hostile to Democratic Party loyalists but our criticisms never reached the level of vitriolic abuse they've hurled at us since 2016. Their recognition of that fact has to be the starting point.

I understand exactly what you mean, believe me, but it's clear that the political divisions in the United States are primarily media-driven. I worry that the "fuck 'em, they voted for Trump" attitude is nothing but the obverse of this, and that the divisions produced in both cases benefit only one class, and we know which class that is.

I just think we'll never overcome the oppression of all of us by that class without real solidarity within our own class. Don't forget how our fellows behaved when we were COVID dissidents, but again, never forget why they behaved that way. There was nothing organic about it. Fight the real enemy.

I think that's THE reason she didn't go on. I have no doubt Trump would've won by a larger margin. Even people who don't listen to the show, the clips of her fumbling trying to talk around the nonsense juxtaposed with Vance speaking clearly and honestly about it would have reduced her chance of winning from essentially a toss up to certain defeat. A couple tens of thousand moderates in Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania would not respond well to that even if they thought the gender stuff was niche before. They would have to buy in to the idea that democracy would end under Trump for it not to make a difference, and many of the swing voters would've already voted Trump in 2016, flipped in 2020, and saw Biden/Harris prioritize genderism in a tanking economy. So, not likely.
