Apparently the idea that they've run out of funds because they gave it to migrants is a lie.

Correct.

The actual reason that right-wing propaganda websites (like Saidit) are pushing this non-story is because they want to support the only Republican election platform - to hate immigrants and to claim (falsely) that a few million immigrants in recent years have been destroying a country of 340 million people. Whereas the economy is always the main election topic, Republicans can't complain too much about the improving economy in recent years, so they pick on micro-topics, like legal immigrants in a town in Ohio, like the previous use of a tiny fraction of FEMA money for something related to migrants, like the occasional, video of a black person taking a foolish person's phone, like fentanyl smuggling, though the US citizen buyers are to blame for that, and it's been in decline since 2022, like human trafficking, which is managed by wealthy US citizens, etc, etc. The fact is: the Biden Administration has deported and removed millions more of the illegal migrants than Trump (who tried to create the problem by reducing deportations): https://www.migrationpolicy.org/sites/default/files/source_charts/pb-2024-deportations-fig1-repats.png

The real story is that the economy has been recovering since Trump left office, which should be the main story for any election.

Also to note is that Biden has followed the exact same pattern. "To close the border I need more authority given to me" which will then be used to open the border further. Just swap border for huricane, money for authority, and FEMA with Biden and you have the same story.

Apparently the idea that they've run out of funds because they gave it to migrants is a lie. See they still have something like 12 billion dollars they could use even after having done this migrant stuff. And effective disaster relief would only be about 2 billion dollars.

The real story is that they simply don't want to help and are playing for more money because they are a power hungry agency. If we give them emergency funds for disaster relief they will just spend it also on migrants.

A better move is to get the federal agencies out of their area and let states and volunteers manage the whole thing. Then if financially that doesn't work (states can't handle it), and congress is ready to fork over cash like we are saying we want to do to re-charge FEMA, that instead congress could just subsidize the states' efforts.

And that the judge dismissed it because

she determined that Gonzalez lacked legal standing to sue, as his claims were based on illegal activities that are not protected by U.S. law. Additionally, the court found Gonzalez's allegations to be frivolous, lacking a substantial legal or factual basis. Finally, Gonzalez was denied the opportunity to amend his lawsuit, with the judge noting that the case's deficiencies were incurable.

I'd like to know if Gonzalez has in this case admitted to illegal activity and should be prosecuted by the D.A.

Evidence of ‘Negative Time’ Found in Quantum Physics Experiment by ZephirAWT in ScienceUncensored

Evidence of ‘Negative Time’ Found in Quantum Physics Experiment about study Experimental evidence that a photon can spend a negative amount of time in an atom cloud

When a pulse of light traverses a material, it incurs a time delay referred to as the group delay. Should the group delay experienced by photons be attributed to the time they spend as atomic excitations? However reasonable this connection may seem, it appears problematic when the frequency of the light is close to the atomic resonance, as the group delay becomes negative in this regime. To address this question, we use the cross-Kerr effect to probe the degree of atomic excitation caused by a resonant transmitted photon, by measuring the phase shift on a separate beam that is weak and off-resonant. Our results, over a range of pulse durations and optical depths, are consistent with the recent theoretical prediction that the mean atomic excitation time caused by a transmitted photon (as measured via the time integral of the observed phase shift) equals the group delay experienced by the light. These results suggest that negative values taken by times such as the group delay have more physical significance than has generally been appreciated.

The paper is about measuring the atomic excitation time caused by those single photons. That atomic excitation time is mapped to a phase shift of another beam, a classical one, continuous wave. A single photon has no definite phase so it is not possible to track those phases. So that authors set a definition for that excitation time being the time integral of those phase shifts imparted on the auxiliary beam. When they integrated and saw those excitation times, they happened to correspond to the group delay. Which would mean that the origin of the group delay that the wave packet of the photon picks up can be attributed to the time they spent as an atomic excitation (“inside the atoms”). Which makes me wonder about what actually gets negative here? Of course every delay is the sum of time spent with obstacles and their turnarounds and nothing counterintuitive is about it.

So that the above article is about radiative time arrow at its best but actually negative time would also imply breaking thermodynamic time arrow, i.e. the overunity and potentially perpetually mobile stuffs. I.e. that the photon wave collects quantum excitations during its travel through atom cloud and accumulate them at the output like some sort of rogue Draupner wave travelling through ocean while collecting energy from it. When waves formed by a storm develop in a water current against the normal wave direction, an interaction can take place which results in a shortening of the wave frequency. This can cause the waves to dynamically join together, forming very big 'rogue' waves. See also:

  • Physicists demonstrate first time reversal of water waves After a source generates a wave, the wave propagates through a medium and is recorded at a few points in its surroundings by an optical method. Then, the wave is re-emitted in a way so that its energy focuses back at the initial source position, as though the wave were being played backwards. Because the wave precisely retraces its original path as it travels back to its source, its mathematical description is reversed in time but is otherwise exactly the same.
  • Scientists find evidence of ‘negative time’ The researchers came up with an experiment to shoot photons through a cloud of ultracold atoms and observe the atomic excitation. To their surprise, the transit time of some of the photons through the atoms concluded before the atomic excitation had finished, giving it a negative value and making it appear as though the photons exited the material before entering it.

On the same origin of quantum physics and general relativity from Riemannian geometry and Planck scale formalism

Authors proved that the Einstein field equation from general relativity is actually a relativistic quantum mechanical equation. They further modeled the universe using the equation with Einstein's lambda formalism and found that the universe dynamics could be considered as harmonic oscillators entangled with lambda curvature.  Therefore, the constants of the universe can be reduced to only two quantities: Planck length and Planck time. The singularity of black holes can be avoided at the Planck scale, because space and time are no longer entangled. This equation predicts that information of light from the entangled universe can be transferred to our universe. The gravitational wave background was predicted, and its spectrum was close to that of the observation. See also:

Why Some Physicists Think We Are Living Inside A Black Hole According to the theory, we are encoded at the edge of a black hole in a much larger universe. See also:

Is there life inside black holes? The mainstream physics started to converge to dense aether model, according to which the vacuum behaves like very dense quantum foam, similar to supercritical plasma filled with foamy density fluctuation inside of dense stars. In this model the space-time is formed with (mem)branes of that foam, whereas their material corresponds so-called false vacuum. Except that there isn't any apparent constrain or need for the size of this object in the dense aether model, so that such a material would form/fill the whole steady state Universe. Once it would get smaller then it also would become increasingly chaotic and turbulent, i.e. hostile to quiet development of complex life forms.

Black holes as frozen stars The idea of fuzzballs formed with strings says that black holes don’t really exist. There is just this big quantum thing that can be built up in many different ways which gives a very high entropy to such an object. The new thing about this paper is now that they calculate the probability for a collapsing ball of matter to transition into such a quantum state. Authors say that while the probability of it transitioning into any one particular state is very small, there are also a huge number of these states. If you multiply both factors that gives you a probability which is close to one, so it’s a very likely thing to happen.

The concept of black holes as a pinpoint singularity was taken seriously for more than fifty years in mainstream physics, despite its apparent reductionism. The introduction of quantum mechanics essentially contradicts it, the problem is, this theory is reductionist as well, so that no one can predict what actually happens inside of black hole with using of simplistic theories. We have some clue from neutron stars, some of which can behave like frozen stars. In this model so-called firewall would correspond physical surface of these stars, which aren't conceptually different from our Sun - but does really apply to more dense objects? BTW Whole the fuzzball concept is everything just not frozen - the fuzzball of undulating strings is concept, which is supposed to be very dynamic instead.

The problem is, there aren't known physical forces, which would keep such an objects apart other than electroweak interaction, which applies inside of atom nuclei to quarks. Also, there are an apparent limits for gravity strength from shielding force perspective. As the shadows of massive object goes smaller, then no shielding and gravity force can apply to it as well. From GUT perspective, the electroweak and gravity forces would converge into something which resembles dense star, but it's not frozen anymore - it merely resembles a giant quantum wave packet or gravitational lens of dense vacuum (a geon) or gravastar) dancing and undulating at place like some fancy crossbreed of relativity and quantum mechanic models. Such a destiny of black holes would merely resemble dynamic undulating stars waiting for their final explosion like Betelgeuse rather than frozen white dwarfs. Also the concept of Steady state Universe eternally recycling matter into radiation and vice-versa would contradict the idea of frozen black holes. See also:

  • How the Inside of a Black Hole Is Secretly on the Outside Mysterious “islands” help to explain what happens to information that falls into a black hole. Many ideas about black hole interior aren't so untestable as they look at the first sight with using of dualities concept (holographic duality in particular). I.e. the insight that quantum mechanics both general relativity essentially contradict each other but they tend to blur mutually in a similar way (being extrinsic and insintric perspectives, i.e. low-dimensional slices of the same observable hyperdimensional reality).
  • Thermodynamics of frozen stars (preprint) By imposing a well-defined set of matching conditions, we find a metric that describes this transitional layer and show that it satisfies all the basic requirements; including the stability of the object when subjected to small perturbations about the background solution. In fact, we are able to show that, at linearized order, all geometrical and matter fluctuations are perfectly frozen in the transitional layer, just as they are known to be in the bulk of the object's interior.
  • These physicists say they know what's inside a black hole They don’t say it in this paper, but in principle you should be able to tell apart such frozen stars from black holes with gravitational wave signals from black hole mergers. There have been a couple of claims that indeed something is indeed off with some of those observations, but the anomaly has remained at very low statistical significance.

Evidence suggesting that Earth had a ring in the Ordovician Breakup of an asteroid passing within Earth's Roche limit likely formed the ring. Among several features preserved is a near-equatorial band of impact craters. Shading of Earth by the ring may have triggered a global icehouse period.

Previous research implicated a large asteroid that broke apart in the main belt between Mars and Jupiter and sent rocky shrapnel into the inner solar system, where it pelted our planet. The ring created a shadow between others. If it formed along the equator, it could have initiated global cooling about 465 years ago: the so-called Hirnantian Icehouse followed 20 million years later. There are as many as 21 meteor strikes along the equator from this period and this is very implausible if the meteors would have arrived from random directions. For now, it’s captivating to imagine a bygone Earth, inhabited almost entirely by marine life, ringed by the remnants of a broken space rock. See also:

There was a period of time when I was a Democrat.

I know it was stupid and naive to have bought into all the “hope and change” stuff. But there was a time in the mid-2000s when it actually seemed liked the Blue team was genuinely fighting for democracy against Bush’s fascism.

In my mind at the time — though there were co-opted neoliberal Dems like the Clintons — the Party was supposed to have been the one that had been skeptical of McCarthyism, that opposed war, that was open to debate, that opposed spying and torture and sought diplomacy with all nations.

To have witnessed it going from that to literally just a rainbow-washed version of Bush/Cheney NeoCons has been both disillusioning and heartbreaking.

When I look at the Democratic Party today, I don’t only see them embracing war, and McCarthyism, and censorship, and jingoism. I see them literally embracing the war criminals who we were marching in the streets against 20 years ago.

I was once a Democrat for objective reasons, and today I oppose Democrats for those exact same reasons.

According to the so-called Standard Solar Model, nuclear fusion reactions at the sun's center pump out vast quantities of energy. About 2 percent of that energy should appear in the form of neutrinos - fundamental particles that interact only weakly with matter. But that's not what researchers see. Data collected by an Earth-based Homestake detectors over a period of 20 years suggest that the neutrino flow from the sun varies from time to time rather than remaining constant. Moreover, the flux seems to follow a pattern that runs counter to the rise and fall in the number of sunspots visible on the sun's surface. This time variation of the neutrino flux coincides with the well-known 11-year cycle of solar activity, which further coincides well with the orbital period of Jupiter planet. The neutrino flux is high when solar activity is low and declines to near-zero values as the number of sunspots rises to a peak.

There are another indicia of dark matter involvement in the solar dynamics. For example the outer portions of Sun rotate as a single body (roughly like the cylinder) - in similar way, like the stars at the perimeter of galaxies. It was also observed, above sun spots (which are colder than the rest of surface of sun) the solar corona gets hotter. During a sunspot minimum, the corona's temperature near the poles cools about 1 million degrees or so simultaneously in the northern and southern hemispheres. But coming out of the last solar minimum, the northern hemisphere warmed faster than the southern hemisphere. Moreover, at the high point of Cycle 24, the corona's maximum temperature was significantly lower than during previous high points in sunspot activity and the CME outbursts appear to have been erupting less often as the number of sunspots increased. Typically, CME outbursts become more frequent as the number of sunspots increases.

And finally we talked here about evidence of neutrino or dark matter flux from solar poles, which would resemble the jets emanated with pulsars or black holes. This flux affects the speed of decay of radioactive elements at the spaceprobes flying around Sun with frequency, which coincides with frequency of solar core rotation - not the solar surface (the core of Sun rotates significantly faster) - which would imply, the solar core is the source of this flux. Recent observations of solar heliosphere also indicate the presence of these jets, as it has an elongated shape with waving ends.

All these publications are single man research and as such they may suffer with confirmation bias. Of course we cannot expect that changes on Mars would affect changes here at the Earth as author seems to imply - rather than that, they would share some common origin. Nevertheless the idea that distribution of planets across solar system can affect terrestrial processes has its firm root in astrology and its also consistent with modern climatic and geophysical research. It's also consistent with dense aether model of global warming affected with distribution of dark matter (scalar waves and neutrinos) across solar system 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8.

This distribution can be affected by mutual geometry of planets in a multiple ways. The scalar wave shadows along connection line of massive bodies is one of them, but production of solar anti-neutrinos can be also modulated by barycenter of solar system (which indeed depends on mutual position of planets too) and in some other ways affected by heliomagnetism. There is also rising body of evidence that density of scalar waves can affect human mind (lunar effect as an prominent example).

Even then, the big difference is at least maladjusted assholes, like actual autists, may want a cure to be normal.

By contrast, the number of trans people who don't do it because they want to be special is far, far lower than people who actually have gender dysphoria and they kicked out the real sufferers.

Even then, there's much more yaoi where the fantasy I said was there as well, it's just after the series or doujin is finished (similar to the problem with wokeness, where they claim women who like yaoi must really be a FtM gay man similar to claiming a man who likes all-girl porn must really be an MtF lesbian- when in likeliness the real goal is "I want to see two or more people I think are hot without having to see someone of my gender involved.")

Meteorologists can predict Middle East storms years in advance by observing Mars. by ZephirAWT in ScienceUncensored

[–]ZephirAWT[S] 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

Meteorologists can predict Middle East storms years in advance by observing Mars. Back in 2014, two scientists from the University of Washington studied climate data spanning 15 years and discovered that lunar tallies affect rainfall. Tsubasa Kohyama and his professor John Wallace studied rainfall data spanning 15 years between 1998 and 2012 and found that the position of the moon when it is overhead from our vantage point standing on earth or under foot, air pressure increases, which leads to elevated temperatures, more absorbed moisture and less rainfall.

However, the effect was only 1% of all rainfall variations but the data was significant enough to link the position of the moon with rainfall. At rising or setting from our vantage point, rainfall should theoretically be higher. But at the meridian, according to the study, the moon decreases rainfall. The science behind this study is that the moon’s gravity pull’s earth’s atmosphere higher, increasing air pressure. When this happens, the air beneath becomes warmer and able to absorb more moisture. This study allows us to use the position of the moon as our rainfall trigger.

In addition, with the moon understood as having a stabilizing effect on Earth’s wobble, we can point to the position of the moon relative to Mars as being a momentary adversarial influence against Mars’s gravitational pull upon earth’s axial tilt, in that when the moon lines up opposite to Mars, it can momentarily shift temperatures away from the current trend that is fostered by Mars’s gravitational pull on the Earth.

There is surprisingly strong evidence that the position of Mars correlates strongly with the stock market crashes is in conflict with the basic beliefs of physicalist. During the crashes the distance of Mars remains at the other side of the Sun than Earth. The data of the 25 major stock market crashes and downturns in US history shows a 100% correlation between such events and Mars position in relation to Earth. Every stock market crash and major stock downturn in US history has happened when Mars was orbiting behind the sun from earth’s point of view. When Mars is going further out from earth, it is also when Mars's gravity is puling Earth’s axial tilt towards the sun, possibly bringing warmer temperatures. See also:

The book Mars Hypothesis of Anthony Peter Moore presents the idea that the Federal Reserve can set interest rates based on the movements of the planet Mars. In this book, data going back to 1896 shows that as of April 2020, percentage-wise, the Dow Jones rose 857%. When Mars was within 30 degrees of the lunar node since 1896, the Dow rose 136%. When Mars was not within 30 degrees of the lunar node, the Dow rose 721%. Mars retrograde phases during the time Mars was within 30 degrees of the lunar node was not counted in that data as Mars being within 30 degrees of the lunar node. The purpose of the book is to not only hypothesize that the Federal Reserve can set interest rates based on the movements of the planet Mars, but to also demonstrate exactly how and at the same time.

It doesn't get much more depressing than this: the feeling of being completely alone and surrounded by destruction.... Coming soon to a city near you. Many souls enter the spirit realm in this condition, because of their selfishness and lack of love. If only people knew that the Savior is always present to those who call on his name. They would then realize they are not alone.

The last scene turned this film into a love story. Mercy loves to triumph over judgment.

"The labor market is still holding strong and steady," said Lonnie Golden, an economist at Penn State University's Abington campus. "Job creation is beyond healthy. . . . Unemployment remains near 4%, still historically low. Perhaps even more importantly, the pace of average hourly earnings over the last year is an increase of 4%, well ahead of the CPI inflation rate estimate (2.5% in the last quarter), continuing the trend for the last year and a half."

Golden added, "Anyone throwing shade on this report or the current state of the job market is intentionally trying to misinform the public. Engagement in the labor force has recovered largely since the pandemic and policy makers are hitting their targets."

I disagree completely, every White nation has the ability to turn it around. We seen in the UK, success of Reform, which would have greater without FPTP (and prior success of the BNP) as well as the riots (though I disagree with them, they do show an element of White nationalism) as well as the fall of the anti White Pakistani minister in Scotland. The UK is still roughly 80% White, they still have the ability to fight back. In New Zealand last year, they voted in a right leaning government with other success from the NZ first party. Australia is still roundly 70% White and Canada (the White nation in arguably the worst position) is set to elect a right leaning government in the next election (granted the Canadian conservative party isn't great). Whites still make up the majority of births there too.

Facts: it was a 4-sigma beat of estimates, meaning probably fake. Also, with population increasing, if there were not more citizens than ever having jobs, it would be a sign of a very, very deep depression.

Also it was full-time down, part-time up, and noncitizens are still taking the cake.
