GOP PR - especially in this case - rarely includes any comments about how wonderful Trump is, and instead a lot of whining about how annoying extreme liberals are, or how old Biden is, or the migrant problem (developed again recently with Trump's cancellation - via McConnell - of the bipartisan border bill), etc. etc. The GOP want you to vote for the party, regardless of the presidential candidate.

Footage from Makhachkala and Derbent in Dagestan (Russia), where militants attacked the police, set fire to a synagogue and an Orthodox church. by penelopepnortney in WayOfTheBern

[–]penelopepnortney[S] 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

https://threadreaderapp.com/thread/1804913902896959905.html

Dagestan is a republic of Russia in the North Caucasus of Eastern Europe along the Caspian Sea (Wikipedia)

According to the telegram channel "112", during the armed attack on Derbent and Makhachkala, 5 police officers were killed and 9 more were injured.

Local sources write about the brutal murder by the terrorists of the rector of the Orthodox church in Derbent, Father Nikolai. He was 66 years old. The terrorists cut his throat.

The fire in the synagogue in Dagestan Derbent has been localized.

According to preliminary data, two sons of the head of the municipal district of Dagestan named Adil and Osman took part in the attack. Both of them are dead.

The attackers are likely ISIS-K terrorists, but that’s just a guess now.

Magomed Omarov, the government official whose son participated in the militant attack on Dagestan, wrote a letter of resignation.

Later in thread:

The head of the Sergokalinsky district of Dagestan, Magomed Omarov, was detained.

The car in which the father of the dead militants was transported was shot up in Sergokal.

Analyzing the video, we can say the following (Archangel of Special Forces):

  • terrorists are armed with automatic weapons;

  • one of the terrorists has an AR-based weapon, they also seized the weapons of the killed police officers, an AKSU-74 flashes in the video;

  • they have experience in handling weapons; the video shows moments where terrorists use shooting stances;

  • tactical training is also present: they carry out radial control, hold sectors, work from behind cover, conduct an inspection with a two-man approach, carry out competent movement of the two (one moves, the other works), spend a minimum amount of time in open areas, plus competent work is visible neutralization;

  • correctly transfer the focus of attention: shooting, arson, shooting.

We are dealing with a trained group (trained at training grounds, took weapons courses)

The terrorist attack in Dagestan was orchestrated from outside to destabilize the North Caucasus, said the head of North Ossetia Menyailo.

Earlier, there also was a shootout and murder on the border between the Russian Federation and Abkhazia. At the same time the events in Dagestan unfolded.

Derbent has a monument to the brotherhood of three religions: a rabbi, an Orthodox priest and a mullah. Each figure is made after a real person, and so the priest in the center of the composition is Father Nikolai Kotelnikov, who was killed by terrorists today.

He was one of the symbols of interreligious peace in Dagestan. Today the terrorists wanted to quarrel between the people. That’s why they hit the synagogue and the Orthodox church. This is their goal. But we will not let them achieve their goals. We are now together with all the Dagestan people. We are together. Father Nikolai died, but his work lives on. There is no quarrel between us.

In that there is no such thing as "trans woman" it's nothing more than a made-up word describing a lie is both men were in fact born men well then the judgement is correct. There is no such thing as "trans" same as there is no cat-dog, no monkey-human and no lion/leopard. Once you are born as male or female then that's your lot for life. And I'm sick to death of reading news stories where the author uses the term "female" or "She/her" to describe a man pretending to be a woman as that's all it is. Pretend. Not real. Fake. A lie.

Mike Benz: The CIA, The Oil & Gas Industry, Hunter Biden — And How They All Meet In Ukraine by penelopepnortney in WayOfTheBern

[–]penelopepnortney[S] 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

Transcription of this 14:46 clip, long but mostly exact wording:

There's a long history of CIA's role in the oil and gas industry, arguably going back to 1953 when the CIA toppled the government of Iran (Mossadegh) to prevent the nationalization of the oil there. You can go back to the 1960s when George Bush Sr. began his intelligence career; this was before he was president or vice president of head of the CIA, he came from the oil intelligence world, he was the CIA's liaison to oil companies in Latin America, it's why he created Zapata Energy offshore in Colombia.

People who want to know more can read the book "Private Empire" about Exxon Mobil's relationship with the US government and intelligence services. Dick Cheney obviously runs through this story through Halliburton, which owns the oil and shale refining rights in Ukraine.

You had in Ukraine this grand energy play by corporate and financial stakeholders on both sides of the political aisle. Which is that Russia has $75 trillion in resources, it's the most resource-rich country on earth but the vast majority of it is unexploited. The Russian economy was destroyed in the20th century and it rebuilt itself basically through two things: the export of its natural gas, principally to Europe; and through its weapons industry, which has been a thorn in the side of the US foreign policy establishment for many years now.

The US tried to invade Syria but we were repelled because Russia provided Syria with air defense systems. Look what just happened in Niger, the US was kicked out because Russia was providing small arms to the army there. So if we can bankrupt Russia, there's essentially no opposition to US military hegemony.

There's a DOD interest in bankrupting Russia. There's a State Department interest in bankrupting Russia and taking all Russia's deal flow and having it transferred to US- or NATO-based countries. This is where Russian natural gas comes into the story.

Russia used to provide 100% of the natural gas to Europe, it sits on the world's second largest supply of natural gas. And it all used to run either through Ukraine or through a direct pipeline to Germany - but we know what happened to the German pipelines.

Ukraine was the great transit point. It does have a fair amount of unexploited natural gas and this is what Burisma was doing, but most of Ukraine's revenue comes from the East-West gas transit fees.

So if you can simply reroute the gas so instead of coming from the east it comes from the west, for example by piping in US or British LNG up through Poland, through the Baltic Sea then connecting it directly to Ukraine. You use the same energy infrastructure, you don't need to build a new one and now you have a trillion dollar market that's captured by the west rather than by the east. There was a plan going back at least a decade to have this happen.

As Putin reasserted himself on the world stage, he began to use gas diplomacy to win back countries in Eastern Europe that had been folded into NATO or in their sights to be folded into NATO to bring them into the Russian orbit again.

In about 2006 the State Department began to coerce European countries to buy more expensive Western gas in order to prevent Russian influence over their politicians. These countries didn't want to go along with it but ended up doing it anyway.

When Crimea happened in 2014, a lot of this was because of the same gas story. Anyone who follows the CIA cutouts - National Endowment for Democracy (NED), Center for European Policy Analysis (CEPA), the Atlantic Council with 7 CIA directors on their board - they're monomanically obsessed with getting the transfer of Russian gas and Burisma played a major role in this.

Burisma was one of the biggest private sector gas companies in Europe that was providing this pipeline of endogenous gas into NAFTAGAS, the Ukrainian state-owned company. And part of the reason we orchestrated the coup in 2014 was because Ukrainian president Yanukovych had refused an IMF trade deal where in order to assuage its debts to the IMF, Ukraine would have to privatize NAFTAGAS and sell off their public gas company to private stakeholders from the George Soros financial crew. Soros has a huge footprint in this entire thing.

If you can cut Russia off and force these countries to buy much more expensive Western- based gas - it comes down to logistics: a natural gas pipeline is much cheaper than liquefying natural gas in Houston, shipping it 5,000 miles across the Atlantic Ocean to a port in Poland, running it through connective tissue in Slovakia, and then putting it into Ukraine and de-liquefying the gas...it's just way more expensive so countries don't want to do it.

So the State Dept. has played the major role in pressuring foreign governments into doing regime change operations to make sure there are pliant puppet governments all over Central and Eastern Europe that are down with this plan.

The CIA is not the big boss or the brains of all this, they're the gimps of all this, the (?) squad of the State Dept. We have three foreign-facing departments that comprise our department of dirty tricks, that are allowed to do supraconstitutional activity for the benefit of US citizens: we have the Dept. of Defense and military for our national security but the CIA and State Dept. have a much broader mandate, they operate under what's called "national interest." Which means, if we think it's good for us, if it helps us economically, then we can do it, we don't even need a defense justification.

And the CIA was created because the State Dept. needed some kind of cloak and dagger operation to be able to achieve State Dept. goals without having State Dept. fingers on it. That's what the plausible deniability doctrine of the CIA is. They can blow up a pipeline, overthrow a government, rig elections, rig media ecosystems in foreign countries and there's no diplomatic blowback because "the US government didn't do it, it just happened by itself" when instead it happened due to covert actions ranging from subterfuge to sabotage, demolition and corporate espionage. That corporate espionage is where you get to the Burisma story.

Burisma was a mostly Russian-dominated private gas company within Ukraine. Ukraine at the time, in 2013 and 2014, was very much split between its Ukrainian half and its Russian half. It's basically split down the middle, east and west, and this is how the war played out when we overthrew the government in 2014 and the entire eastern half of the country seceded in a breakaway state and Crimea ended up joining the Russian Federation in a democratic referendum.

It goes back before that actually, if you listen to Victoria Nuland's speech in 2013 where she talks about the State Dept. having provided $5 billion to the exact civil society organizations that orchestrated the color revolution there through the Right Sector mobs, who surrounded the parliament building and ran the president out of the country. When Nuland gave this speech, she was doing it in front of a sign for Chevron and Royal Dutch Shell, which were two big oil companies that had each made a $10 billion investment in NAFTAGAS, which Burisma is the feeder to.

It's a very similar story to Jeffrey Epstein. If you recall, when Alex Acosta was being nominated for Secretary of Labor he was asked why he didn't go after Epstein in the 90s and instead gave him a sweetheart deal? He said he was told to back off the case because he belonged to intelligence, that's a direct quote.

This is what the CIA does, they interface with the Justice Dept. Remember Bill Barr was the head of the Justice Dept. under Trump while all this was happening with Hunter Biden and Bill Barr started his career in the CIA. WaPo even reported how he was the janitor for Iran-Contra, blocking Congressional oversight of the CIA's role in the scandal. He's basically the mop-up man for the CIA, then he's been the head of the Justice Dept. twice. So there's a long history of the CIA's role in tilting the Justice Dept. to protect their own criminals, because under the CIA's plausible deniability doctrine, they have a license to crime.

One more thing on Hunter Biden. He was on the chairman's advisory board of NDI, the National Democratic Institute. That is a CIA cutout, the DNC branch of the National Endowment for Democracy, which was literally created by a letter from CIA Director Bill Colby in the 1980s when he said the CIA used to get caught with directly funding people and wanted to set up NED so it doesn't look like CIA fingerprints on it. How does Hunter Biden get on the chairman's advisory board of the most prolific CIA cutout in the entire country?

Not offended.

My sense is that Cloudflare is not doing much beyond conveying the illusion of battling bot accounts by inconveniencing users without actually accomplishing anything.

Having attempted to help the issue by IDing spam accounts and reporting all affected posts only to see the same garbage back a day later left me feeling that reporting spam had little purpose. It's like using a single shot musket when a machine gun is more appropriate.

The nature of the issue doesn't seem to reflect even the slightest administrative effort to address a problem that reporting can only help to identify. If nothing is going to be done about the problem then there's no point in burning time and effort reporting it.

A philosophical quotation from Marx (Groucho, Animal Crackers, 1930):

Here I am talking of parties. I came down here for a party. What happens? Nothing. Not even ice cream. The gods look down and laugh. This would be a better world for children, if the parents had to eat the spinach.

Groucho is having a "Strange Interlude", a parody of Eugene O'Neill's then-recent play.

Charles Darwin himself addressed the very same issues in "Descent of Man". He concluded that although low I.Q. persons have a higher birth rate, it was certain destructive habits which they possessed such as drug addiction & promiscuity that led to their genes being diminished from the human gene pool; the reason human I.Q.s did not decline. Perhaps, he should have added religious fanaticism to his list.

In the long run, AI technology is going to get more advanced. At that point, the AI won't need to license anything because the technology is advanced enough for making original AI generated work from ground up with no library.

Even with a license, it's not going to be a long term solution. There is going to have to be a career transition.

Pilate stone - Wikipedia https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pilate_stone The Pilate stone is a damaged block (82 cm x 65 cm) of carved limestone with a partially intact inscription attributed to, and mentioning, Pontius Pilate, a prefect of the Roman province of Judea from AD 26 to 36. It was discovered at the archaeological site of Caesarea Maritima in 1961. The artifact is particularly significant because it is an archaeological find of an authentic 1st-century Roman inscription mentioning the name "[Pon]tius Pilatus". It is contemporary to Pilate's lifetime, and accords with what is known of his reported career.[2][3] In effect, the inscription constitutes the earliest surviving, and only contemporary, record of Pilate, who is otherwise known from the New Testament and apocryphal texts, the Jewish historian Josephus and writer Philo, and brief references by Roman historians such as Tacitus.

Copied and saved. Might be used as an example of the use of language to obscure meaning and to hide truth, instead of trying to clarify meaning and to reveal truth. It's characteristic of charlatans.

Without having actually having watched the presentation!? Is that not characteristic of charlatans?

'Yahweh' and 'Yahuah' are not the same deity?

Yahuah is the name written in scripture, Yahweh is an obfiscation probably advanced by those who hold the ‘sacred name doctrine’ that the name should never be spoken, which is in strict opposition to the command of scripture.

Torah (TVRH) [ תּוֹרָה ] - (torah not twrey) Yahuah (YHVH) [ יהוה ] (Yahuah not Yahwey)

(obviously)

We were tricked out of our earthly dominon by a fallen angel who tempted Eve with false promises about the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, which we for the most part continue to worship. We have turned away from our creator, the one who truly loves us, and who knows how to redeem us from our failed and fallen state. As the perfect and all powerful creator he saw fit to humble Himself and to come down from his most exalted position into the world in order to provide intercession and salvation to his children. To those who respond to His love with love He promises eternal life in His heavenly Kingdom.

Now you need to find something glibly dismissive to say so that you can avoid doing the work of reviewing the evidence
